Our client serves 4 main markets : Corporate, financial services, commercial real estate and Legal. The Region Sales Manager - Primary responsibility is meeting quota through sales of value-based solutions to key organizations. Associated responsibilities include:
Cultivating relationships while prospecting new accounts
Leading sales cycles and coordinating with other sales team participants as appropriate
Minimum of 2 yrs of inside sales experience in a high transaction sales environment but is looking to move into more of a consultative strategic selling environment. Someone who is use to making 50-60 calls a day and is familiar with web demos.

Territory Development: Developing and implementing a plan to exceed quota and grow our clients market share within an assigned territory consisting of medium and large accounts with typical solution requirements.
Opportunity Management: Implementing a sales process and supporting activities to qualify, pursue and win all types of sales opportunities, often with multiple decision-makers. Requires a high level of activity and the ability to manage a viable, healthy pipeline of multiple concurrent opportunities.
Consultative Selling: Applying industry knowledge, customer insight and solution expertise to assess customer needs, define relevant solutions that to help our customers be better prepared.
Executive Selling: Developing relationships with executives and decision-makers in targeted accounts and leveraging them into sales opportunities and long-term account growth.
