Job Responsibilities:

Regional Assistant supports the RM as well as the stores in the market with daily administrative tasks, calendar planning, managing expenses, filing, etc

Individual contributor position typically responsible for providing administrative support to management or departmental staff.
Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentations.
Receives and responds to letters, emails, memos and other correspondence not requiring management review.
Responsible for managing department specific projects/programs. May compile invoices and expense reports.
Coordinates department travel arrangements. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgement and employ basic reasoning skills.
Sets up appointments and greets visitors.
Position ensures all department phone calls are answered and directed quickly and appropriately.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
3 to 5 years administrative assistant experience required
