What You'll Do :Every day our Regional Assistants:
  • Provides administrative assistance to Regional Vice Presidents.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and light traveling.
  • Answer and return phone calls and emails.
  • Sort and distribute mailed correspondence.
  • Prepare information/materials/reports.
  • Organize team and regional moves.
  • Organize/record financial transactions/data.
  • Coordinate luncheons, dinners, etc.
  • File documents.
What You'll Need:
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • Professional, positive and confident appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and maintain a positive enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to handle time sensitive and detail demanding projects.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Prompt and reasonable response time to internal/external requests.
  • Strong analytical, written & oral communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Software Knowledge:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint.
  • Internet experience.
