Solos begin at $.38 cpm and go up based on performance, not just longevity.
Teams begin at $.46 cpm (split) and can expect to be kept moving!

WHAT YOU NEED:
CDL(A), (Haz-Mat endorsement highly desirable)
At least 1 year recent, verifiable, T/T experience
Be at least 23 years of age
No Reckless/DUI/DWI convictions w/in last 5 years
Felonies require Safety clearance
Regional Operations (Northeast Corridor)
Home most weekends
Out 2-4 nights per week
Hourly rates beginning at $20.00 per hour
Mileage rate $.42-45 cpm for trips dispatched out of hourly area
23 years of age
1 year, recent, verifiable T/T experience (Dry van or Reefer)
Maximum combination of 3 moving violations or Non-DOT recordable accidents w/in last 3 years
No DUI/DWI/Reckless convictions w/in last 5 years
Clear controlled substance checks
Stable work history
Time out on the road depends upon where you live and the type of position for which you are hired.
SINGLE OTR drivers can anticipate being out 10-14 days and time off is accrued at the rate of 1 day home for each 6 run.
SINGLE REGIONAL drivers (Northeast only) can expect 2-4 nights out and home most weekends.
TEAMS can anticipate about 2 weeks out and off-time will be arranged with dispatch.
Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance coverage are available to drivers who have been with the company a minimum of 90 days.
Premiums will depend upon coverage desired and individual needs.
401K is available after 1 year.
Paid vacation is available after one year of employment.
These positions require exceptional Class A drivers with at least 1 year over-the-road tractor/trailer experience pulling dry vans or reefer units. (While a Hazardous Materials endorsement will not be required to come aboard, it is strongly recommended that you be willing to get one within a reasonable time frame.)
Our pay rates are highly competitive and drivers can earn increases based on their performance, not just longevity. Our freight is over 95% no touch and we can offer exceptional miles and home time as required.
