Regional Operational Controller with responsibility for multiple plant locations within the southern US footprint of NA Interiors. Candidate will manage plant Controllers/staff in all aspects of plant financial and operational reporting. Financial reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly. Drive monthly management meetings to review the Monthly Operations Reports and progress to goals. Coordinate and review quarterly forecasts and annual profit plans. Drive Continuous Improvement and BBP at all plant locations. Ensure SOX compliance at all plant locations and perform audits of internal controls. Quarterly Balance Sheet Reviews to effectively manage Balance Sheet and Working Capital. Drive adherence to all policy and procedures and have robust work instructions for the plants. Provide financial support to the Director of Operations with strong participation in the Management Team.
BS Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, MBA is a plus
5 years experience Financial Operations Controllership
Effective analytical skills
Computer skills to include: Excel, SAP, Hyperion (HFM), MS Office
Strong Leadership Skills (Strategic and Analytical)
Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills
Strong Problem Solving skills
Ability to travel 25-40% to plant locations within region
