We are recruiting multiple levels of CRAs on behalf of a Global client who is looking to expand their regional monitoring team. This organization has an incredible reputation in the industry for outstanding quality and timely delivery of results. They treat their employees well and have an incredible retention rate. This organization has a very strong therapeutic portfolio and really stands out from the crowd. The selected individual will be responsible for monitoring several clinical sites in various locations for GCP and protocol compliance. Additional responsibilities will include site recruitment, trip report writing, query resolution, source document verification, etc.

Travel: regional 60-70%

COMPLEX THERAPEUTIC AREA MONITORING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST (ONCOLOGY PREFERRED)
2+ years of INDEPENDENT field monitoring
Ability and track record of traveling regionally
BS degree required, BSN preferred
Ability and track record of consistently meeting reasonable trip report timelines
Ability to provide references who can speak to site relationship building qualities
