Oversees the development of large customers that cut across multiple territories and requires a more complicated sell. Responsible for the management of the Clinical Sales Force, Service Force, acquisition of new business and retention of clinical laboratory customers in designated sales region. Develops regional sales retention strategies. Provides leadership, coaching and training to staff.
