As a Regional Director you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of fee managed (third-party) apartment communities and a team of property managers with the goal of maximizing property operating performance and achieving the client's goals and objectives. In conjunction with marketing, community and senior management, you will analyze market conditions, occupancy trends, competitive pricing and product in order to make recommendations for adjusting market rents, renewal rates and retention programs, and leasing incentives. Additionally, you will analyze and evaluate financial statements and reports on status of properties such as monthly operating report, rent roll, delinquency report, budget comparison, leasing & occupancy, and monthly billing reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7+ year's progressively responsible leadership experience in the property management industry. The successful candidate will also be able to travel 75-100% of the time. Exceptional communication skills, proven leadership and employee development skills, dedication to customer service, results orientation, flexibility, can-do attitude, and strong problem solving skills are a must.
