We are currently seeking a Regional EOE (Human Resources) Manager in the Southwest Region. Regional EOE Managers report directly to the Director of EOE and Talent Management.

Overall responsibility for the Human Resources function in a 9-14 plant region. Work directly with the Regional Operations Director (ROD) in support of the region's financial and performance goals.
Provide Human Resource support to a Regional Manufacturing organization.
First line contact for Plant Management regarding all HR activities. Manage employee relations activity and effectively coordinate other HR support to ensure that Plant needs are met in a timely, high-quality fashion for staffing, compensation, development, recognition/reward, relocation and other HR related services.
Develop and ensure alignment of various HR initiatives to business and functional strategies and effectively manage change initiatives for these organizations.
As an active member of the regional leadership team, advise and influence various levels of management on all aspects of people management and leadership.
Facilitate initiatives focused on enhancing employee effectiveness and development including: Talent Reviews (potential ratings, succession plans, development plans), Objective Setting (annual targets and alignment sessions) and Performance Management, Training/Development (leadership and management training and development initiatives), Employee Surveys (communication/action planning), etc.
Train and monitor HR functions of the EOE plant representatives in the region.
Work closely with Manufacturing Management on organizational change initiatives (reorganizations, talent upgrades, promotions, reductions in force, performance improvement plans, separations and related communications). Ensure that organizational change efforts are managed effectively and in a legally defensible manner.
Learn the business in order to partner with internal customers and provide the optimal HR solutions.
Strong business support focus on employee relations, recruiting, compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEO) and policy interpretation.
Work on corporate initiative project teams with other EOE Managers to continuously improve service and consistency of the HR department
Onboard all new plant salaried staff members.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management, business or a related field
PHR or SPHR certification a plus
Experience and Skills Required:
5+ years of progressive human resource generalist experience or a combination of human resource and business experience in a manufacturing environment
Must have a basic knowledge of Federal/State laws and changes as they occur
Consultative skills, project management, customer service, negotiation and influencing skills
Demonstrated experience in: Employee Relations, Performance Management Consulting, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Change Management and Compensation
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal communication and coaching skills
Organizational savvy with the ability to work comfortably with all levels within organization
Business acumen – ability to understand business strategy and identify and execute HR initiatives that align and support the strategy
Proficient with MS office applications
Independent thinker and worker
Flexible and able to manage change
Travel required: approximately 50%
Successful candidates will be located in the Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX area (Atlanta, GA area candidates may be considered)
