Drive food safety and quality results in assigned plants and product categories
  • Monitor key processes and data that drive food safety, process consistency, and product quality
  • Review food safety and quality metrics and key performance indicators
  • Identify gaps and concerns and work with plant teams to improve results
  • Collaborate with technologies, operations, sales, selected customers and other parties to investigate and resolve customer issues, evaluate root cause remediation, and coordinate appropriate actions
  • Train, educate, coach, and mentor plant leaders and partners in key food safety and quality processes and requirements
  • Support sustainability efforts through collaboration and auditing to GFSI (SQF) and associated processes as a platform for company Food Safety and Quality systems

  • Qualifications:
    • must have BS - Food Science or related
    • 10 years experience in food manufacturing;
    • SQF, yogurt or cream cheese and dairy PMO experience preferred.
    • Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
