Bachelor's Degree
  • PART I - General Job / Performance Information Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4 year college or university, preferably in accounting or finance. Experience in financial analytics and project management. Proficiency with personal computers and related software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Environmental / Working Conditions This position is subject to inside environmental conditions; Protection from weather conditions, not necessarily from temperature changes. Interaction with Other Departments and Other Relationships Daily interaction with UMC department directors & senior level staff, TTUHSC department administrators and multiple regional partners. Job Description Assist in daily operations of the Regional Healthcare Partnership department as it relates to the 1115 waiver & TTUHSC departments and completion of special projects as requested. Physical Capabilities Must be able to read printed materials and computer screens. Must be able to transact business in person and on the phone. Must be able to converse in person and on the phone. Must be able to pick up printed material and the phone. Must be able to reach across printers to retrieve printed material. Must be able to lift minimal weights. Must be able to retrieve files or books in lower drawers and shelves. Must have hand mobility in order to key data. Must be able to transport themselves to printers. Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods. Skills and Abilities Excellent analytical, project management and independent problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (oral, electronic, and written). Highly proficient in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment, attention to process and detail. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and dependent activities. Ability to respond to ever changing needs and situations.
