The Regional Inventory Coordinator functions as a general clerk, performing standardize tasks in the regional office which includes but not limited to receiving, recording, storing and issuing materials, equipment and continuous inventory of lottery tickets and other lottery documentation as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Maintains effective communication between regional management and the distribution center regarding instant ticket ordering

Inventories and balances instant ticket both returns and trunk stock

Order, receives, records, stores and issues POP and promotional materials equipment and continuous inventory of lottery tickets and other lottery documentation as directed

Delivers and return lottery tickets and POP to and from regional storage centers as needed

Prepares retailers orders

Compile and generate reports to be used by the Lottery Sales Representatives or Regional Management

Receives and processes returns instant game tickets from Lottery Sales Representatives

Assist Administrative Assistant, Claims Representatives, Field Sales Representatives as needed

Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent plus (1) one year of clerical experience

Ability to use office equipment such as personal computer, multi-function copier, and fax machine

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to perform moderate mathematically computations

Basic knowledge of and experience with bookkeeping and record keeping

Ability to move and lift items which may weigh approximately 20 -50lbs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
