SUMMARY:
The Regional Manager will support management of a duel distribution sales network. 1) Maintain and develop dealer relationships, 2) Manage, mentor, coach, recruit and train a direct employee sales force, and 3) Support the recruitment and management of an independent agent distribution network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute a strategy for new relationship revenue growth leading to additional business
· Develop and execute strategy for same store sales revenue growth leading to the additional sales of products in existing clients
· Develop new accounts and service existing accounts
· Manage direct and indirect sales team
· Administration of regional affairs
· Create new client relationships
· Development of client accounts

COMMUNICATIONS:
Heavy contact in person and on the telephone

PROFESSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Prior sales management experience required
· 5-7 years automotive industry experience
· Possess a full lines insurance license preferred

REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong focus on customer service, which includes excellent listening skills, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
· Possess an organized approach in problem solving ability
· Must have own vehicle with a good driving record
· Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car
· Ability to handle large quantities of supplies, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
