Provide leadership and guidance to regional, district, and store management to ensure that shrink, loss, and safety related goals are achieved. Develop and implement business plans to achieve and maintain compliance with established standards and recommend corrective action for situations or conditions adversely impacting shrink and loss. Continually audit and monitor compliance to Company and Asset Protection polices and procedures, investigate all potential cases of internal dishonesty as instructed by the Regional Director, Asset Protection.

Incumbent may directly assist in the development program for internal/external Regional Manager candidates to include training, assignment delegation, and monitoring.
The majority of the Regional Manager’s time is spent traveling throughout an assigned area to individual locations to investigate potential criminal activity, analyze loss trends, and to coach personnel at all levels regarding asset protection, loss, and safety.
A four-year college degree with a relevance to retail loss prevention/asset protection is required. A degree in such areas as finance, business, criminal justice, or sociology would be considered.
Minimum of five years experience in the field of retail management preferably as an Area or Regional Asset Protection/Loss Prevention manager or as a store, district, Inventory Accounting, or Inventory Control manager
Interview/interrogation experience and W/Z and/or Reid certification preferred
Demonstrate advanced math proficiency, ability to analyze problems and trends, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
