WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
Provides
administrative/
clerical support to Senior Leaders and their staff to ensure the office and/or department runs efficiently.
Works independently on tasks and projects and completes work with accuracy. Utilizes superior PC and office management skills to meet the needs of the internal and external customer.
Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Organize flight, hotel and rental car accommodations
Create and submit expense reports with 100% accuracy; evaluate and approve incoming reports to ensure that they adhere to company policies.
Maintain and schedule calendar appointments
Monitor and maintain leader’s email communication as appropriate and/or requested
Assist in monitoring of reports (i.e. budget, staff allocations, etc)
Communication on behalf of leader to all levels of staf

Coordinate visitor itineraries and arrangement

Maintain physical and electronic files and records
Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc) as well as other business applications as required.
Utilize Microsoft products and HIG systems to pull and analyze data.
Prepare information using the appropriate format (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc) to be used in presentations
Coordinate the ordering of office supplies and equipment requests for assigned leader(s)
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of accomplishment as an Administrative Assistant, preferably with a minimum of 3+ of experience as an Administrative Assistant. In addition, the following competencies and experience are required:

A team player with excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and mastery in planning and organization.
·
Individual must possess a high level of initiative and be a self-starter, self-directed, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
·
Must be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously. Efficiency and ability to prioritize are essential.
·
Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
·
Demonstrated ability and success in an environment with changing priorities.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel & PowerPoint), Access (desired but not required) and Outlook.
