REGIONAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
South Carolina Regional Office
CCC Group, Inc. is currently in search of an experienced Office Administrative Manager for our Regional Office located in Columbia, SC; to perform various office management functions to insure accurate and timely completion of work

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Coordinate and supervise workload of Admin Staff at Regional Office
•Coordinate and supervise workload of Admin Staff at local jobsites if needed
•Prepare T&M and Lump-sum billings for clients using a variety of formats and software
•Interface with Corporate Office Personnel to resolve problems and issues
•Implement Corporate Policy and Procedures at the Regional Office and local jobsites
•Complete/review HR paperwork for submission to Corporate HR Department including new hire, transfers, termination, rehire, etc.
•Interface with jobsite supervision to gather and assimilate information/paperwork
•Review jobsite timesheets for accuracy and completeness before they are entered in PR system
•Review and balance PR before it is submitted to Corporate Office
•Interface with vendors relating to payment/billing problems as needed
•Will be cross trained in all Admin areas including PR and A/P and will be expected to fulfill these duties in the absence of other Regional Admin personnel
•Review job cost and related reports on a regular basis
•Assist Regional Estimator with preparation of bid documents (typing, copying, gather data, liaison with corporate office)
•Prepare reports and assist Regional Manager as needed

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 5 years experience as an Office Manager or related; including supervision of clerical personnel. Construction Experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications and other related field preferred. Good people skills; ability to communicate with various levels of corporate, regional and jobsite personnel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Accounting software, Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload of self and others. Self-starter; works well without constant supervision.
