Will be responsible for several Arkansas Health Group (AHG)/Practice Plus medical practices across the state. He or she will work directly with key medical personnel as well as key leadership personnel within Practice Plus/AHG. They will be responsible for the strategic planning, performance, and outcomes of these practices.

Bachelor or Master's degree in Health Care related area desired. 3-5 yrs experience in health setting required, preferably in a integrated hospital system setting. Previous experience working in a hospital based environment or working with hospital based physician groups a plus. Must be knowledgeable in all areas of practice operations. Strong communication, interpersonal, financial, problem solving, and leadership skills required. The position will report to the Director of Operations.
