The sales director is responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including developing and executing a territory plan, gaining access to hospital executives and case managers and maintaining relationships with business partners. The successful candidate will report to the vice president of sales. We have a great culture where people do well based on their merits and their ability to contribute to the larger team. Responsibilities • Develop a comprehensive territory plan; build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects • Gain a thorough understanding of case management workflow, including discharge planning and relevant regulatory requirements • Demonstrate Curaspan products, and communicate their associated benefits to executives, managers, IT and departmental personnel • Access and communicate with hospital case managers, case management directors and social workers • Achieve/exceed a yearly quota Requirements • Demonstrated performance in health-care IT sales • Experience selling to all levels of IDNs and hospitals, including executives, department heads and case managers • Strong leadership and communication skills • Familiarity working with business partners • Ability to travel more than 50 percent of the time • Bachelor ’s degree; at least six years of outside sales experience Curaspan Health Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage people of all backgrounds to apply.
