Position information:
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for directing all marketing, outreach, and sales activities for a large student housing, property located in Gainesville, FL. Duties include, but not limited to, assessing the marketing needs, ensuring national standards in product presentation, resident correspondence, sales, customer service, and marketing collateral creation, as well as coordinating sales efforts by establishing monthly sales and leasing renewal goals.
Initially this position will have little to no travel requirements, but will develop into 50 - 100% of travel as the postion develops.

Position requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess at least seven to ten years of industry experience in a senior or executive level Sales/Marketing position. This position needs strong leadership abilities, sales strategy generation, performance management of sales associates, and market analysis experience. Candidates without property management experience will be considered if they can show success in sales strategy, the ability to meet sales goals, have been in a leadership position, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to the needs of our properties.
