  • Implement and execute a Go to Market Strategy for your region
  • Exceed monthly individual and team quotas
  • Manage the existing team pipeline focusing your efforts around the complex and highly competitive opportunities
  • Further qualify and develop the business opportunities in your pipeline that have been generated by your team of Account Executives
  • Accurately forecast your monthly and quarterly business
  • Attend regional events and conferences
  • Effectively communicate and map Intronis' solutions to your prospects business objectives
  • Demonstrating our solutions via the web
  • Develop your Account Executive team
Qualified candidates for this position are/have:
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced team environment
  • Comfortable competing against multiple competitors
  • 5 - 7+ years of quota carrying in software or technology sales
  • Sales methodology training
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Competent with and Microsoft Office
