Due to our continued growth in this fast-paced, recession-proof industry, we are seeking a highly professional Regional Sales Executive for the Chicago territory. Who we are looking for: We are currently seeking a highly experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5+ years of Outside Sales experience and a documented history of quota achievement. As a Dynamex Regional Sales Executive, you must have the ability to navigate seamlessly between C-level decision makers and front-line staff members. You must be comfortable and experienced with sales cycles ranging from a one-call close to 6-months or more in length. Above all, you must have a "hunter" mentality. What's in it for you? Key Responsibilities: * Using your "hunter' mentality, continually prospect for new customers in your territory utilizing both inside and outside cold-calling techniques. * Work with existing accounts to identify and up-sell additional services through consultative selling techniques.* Participate in solution design, costing and pricing processes. Qualifications: * Experience in logistics and/or outsourcing industries is a plus * A take charge attitude and highly polished presentation skills required * Documented quota achievement (top-performer)* Ability to use common office productivity tools (Microsoft Office & CRM applications) * SPIN and VITO Sales Training is a plus Requirements: Must be able to lift normal office supplies up to 15lbs. Minimum 2 year experience in Business to Business Sales Experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or outsourcing industries is desired, but not required Experience responding to Request for Proposals, and making business presentations BA degree in Business, Logistics or related field We offer a competitive Benefits Plan and a 401K Plan with a match.
