ERICO currently has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager for the Canadian Market for its LENTON product line of concrete reinforcement products. This position is best suited for an energetic, highly-motivated, career-oriented individual who is looking to join a solid, high-growth company that has been headquartered in the Cleveland, Ohio area since 1903.

POSITION : Regional Sales Manager, LENTON

REPORTS TO : Director, Sales, LENTON, North America

RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Responsible for sales of ERICO’s LENTON concrete reinforcement products in Central and Eastern Canada.
·
Partner closely with ERICO’s existing sales network of Regional Sales Managers, to maximize sales and promote market expansion.
·
Promote LENTON products to rebar fabricators, engineers, end-users, inspectors, contractors, and job sites to affect a sustainable market channel through specifying and demonstrating products from ERICO’s LENTON product line.
·
Travel throughout applicable region to accomplish the above responsibilities approximately 60% of the time.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
·
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an engineering discipline and ideally in civil engineering.
·
Must possess at least five years of experience in sales/sales management or construction management; however, commercial construction and in particular significant concrete experience ideal.
·
Knowledge of local building codes as well as an understanding of the seismic market preferred.
·
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·
Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably salesforce.com.
·
Energetic, highly-motivated personality and personable team player able to easily form relationships.
·
Ability to work from home office, which would ideally be located in Ontario, Canada or in the site offices located in Cleveland, Ohio.
