Wildfire Sales The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of five to fifteen quota carrying salespeople focused on mid-market (100 - 1000 employees) companies (segmented by Industry Verticals). You will motivate and support your team to hit team targets, and work with other managers to contribute to the strategic direction of the Sales Team as a whole.
Interview, hire, train and manage the rapidly-growing team
Assist Sales management with strategic initiatives focused on enhancement of the broader sales team
Assist with closing complex deals
Mentor team members to develop sales skills and nurture general professional growth
Interface with other departments (Marketing, Client Services, Business Operations) for large-scale initiatives
Experience in the SaaS, software, Internet or media industries preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and leadership skills; people management experience managing large teams and operations.
