Develop and grow revenue through design wins in coordination with Field Application Engineers and internal resources at specified Datacenter accounts. Proactively drive new designs and create innovative ways to consistently win a disproportionate share of design commits over competitors. Be a proactive leader. Deliver revenue to plan or above. For designated Datacenter accounts, develop and drive an effective design win engagement strategy. Off load all inside sales activities and only involve yourself in activities that need escalation. Maintain a positive attitude and be looked upon as the individual that others can count on.

Meet or exceed design win quota

Meet or exceed revenue plan for the region

Present well thought out strategies and a penetration plan for the Datacenter accounts to mgt for their approval and execution.

Effectively utilize Field Application Engineers and factory resources to execute on the account strategy.

Key Competencies:
Deep technical knowledge of the Datacenter customers, base-T phy and related products. An individual with “Datcenter DNA”.

Superior communication skills, both written and oral—does not filter or color—honest and open communications style

Self-starter, willing to devise innovative approaches to old problems and experiment with them to success—out of the box thinker, relentless change agent, not content with “business as usual”

High energy level, somebody who thrives on multiple challenges, driven from within, embraces long days while feeding on success

Willing to accept failure and not repeat the same mistakes—takes full accountability for failures, shares in successes

Large set of personal connections in the Datacenter customer base, able to obtain deep competitive information in short amounts of time

Polished presentation skills

Able to take hard positions and defend them under pressure

Strong ethics –will always adhere to applicable regulations, Company Code of Conduct and employee policies

Education/Experience Requirement:
BSEE , BSCS preferred. MBA helpful

7+ years of proprietary semiconductor selling experience
