Job description: Directly manager and develop a team of Inventory Marketing Consultants through goal setting and achievement, ongoing training and development, and recruiting and hiring new employees for open positions Responsible for administrative duties, Such as: Payroll, SaleForce, all reimbursements (personal and team), and weekly-monthly sales reporting. Travel a minimum of 50% of time.
