Description of Duties:
  • Responsible for the sales in the area, sales planning and achieve sales target, demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategic sales plan that achieves consistent Q/Q revenue growth
  • Develop the local channels and partners, and sign the certified partner agreement with local partners
  • Develop the business opportunity with enterprise level companies, and corporate with channels and partners to achieve the sales with enterprises
  • Sales forecast and accounts receivables management
  • Strictly comply with the Company sales policies and procedures
  • Assist with Marketing and other department, and help improve the market share and brand name
Qualifications:
  • Passion for building and motivating sales team to higher levels of success
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently forecast revenue within a 10-15% variance range
  • Strong business development capability, large project bidding and sales experience, channel and partner management experience. Enterprise market development and industry sales experience is preferred
  • Have passion on sales, like work challenge, self-confident and work well under pressure
  • Successful track record of managing geographically dispersed teams of 7 or more individuals
  • Track record in managing balanced revenue performance across individual contributors within the region
  • Good communication skills and coordinate ability
  • Strong team work ability and problem solving skills
  • Willing to travel frequently and take initiative on the delegated work
  • Eager to learn, positive, honest, integrity, and trustworthy
  • Experience in the Computer Networking Industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
