Regional Sales Manager
(Remote Position)

Your leadership and tenacity will be essential to your success as you manage our South and West Coast sales strategy, conduct direct sales and lead two Regional Sales Representative based in Texas and California. We are experiencing great growth in the tracking software industry and seek a creative leader with a proven track record of achieving sales goals while facilitating team success.
Are you ready to get in on a ground floor opportunity thats promoting a new technology in expanding industries?

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • 5 years outside B2B sales experience, minimum 2 years managing sales representatives
  • Experience recruiting representatives (conventional and contract) and distribution channels
  • Strong hunter mentality
  • Documented sales success and management of Field Sales Representatives
  • Management of Sales Representatives calling on school districts a plus
  • College degree preferred
  • Open to travel up to 50%
