Job Summary: Sells and services products directly to clients or through broker/consultant relationships. Maintains strong relationships with clients to resolve issues and maintain the sales relationship.

Functional Responsibilities:
Works fairly independently, sells and services products to group clients.
Maintains and grows the book of business through aggressive product sales, and upsells, within assigned territory.
Promotes and sells the following group International products: Expatriate Medical, Dental, Life, AD&D, LTD and Business Travel Medical.
Positions cross-channel product offerings.
Strategic Account Planning – builds lasting reciprocal relationships with clients through open communications around mutual objectives.
Provides financial consultation to client organization, sound financial decision making for MetLife and client organization.
Provides post-sale service and interaction with clients.
Resolves escalated service issues.
Often develops new business opportunities and sales growth by initiating and maintaining strong relationships.
Generates reports to track/report activities, progress, and strategies.
Assists in or leads case implementations.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Must have a minimum of 5 years International Benefits Product Sales experience (Expatriate Medical, Dental, Life, AD&D, LTD and Business Travel Medical).
History of top performance and sales production.
Broad knowledge of supported products/markets, procedures, and selling/servicing techniques.
Demonstrates ability to provide insight on clients, competitors and the market by leveraging internal and industry tools and reports.
Collaborates with resources and creates internal partnerships to deliver client satisfaction.
Understands unique client purchasing influences and effectively manages the sale process to develop and deliver differentiated, client-focused solutions.
Competencies: Communicates/presents effectively, customer focus, superior relationship building skills.
Must obtain required licensing in state of domicile. Experience Required Five to Seven Years Education Required Bachelors Degree Preferred Business Category
