This position is responsible for managing customer relationships within McDonald's Regions and achieve sales, quality, and customer service objectives established by McDonald's Business Unit Leadership in alignment with McDonald'sSupplier Performance Index and the Plan to Win while aligned with Tyson Foods company policies, core values, cultural tenets, and customer service creed. This position will be responsible for working with McDonald's Regions in support of key i nitiatives such as new promotional roll-outs, training events, restaurant visits, distribution, regional food shows, and to create sales strategies for key markets. This position will also work with other McDonald's Region Managers tohelp execute key sales and marketing activities designed to stimulate awareness and acceptance of our products, in addition to monitoring and helping communicate key operational opportunities to improve back-of-house operations.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 6+ years' experience.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel: 36 or more trips per year.
