Due t o continue d and rapid growth, we are actively seeking Regional Sales Manager s to fulfill our expansion needs . Prior experience is preferred but not required. The right individual will have experience in managing multiple sales agents and personalities to align talent and skill sets to meet/exceed our sales goals. We offer an aggressive base salary combined with overrides on sales manager’s team performance thus creating a growing residual and uncapped income potential unmatched by any other program offered today.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be running sales teams of 10-20 outside sales representatives throughout North America who receive 3 to 5 Preset , Prequalified Appointments daily to help ensure the success and financial rewards for all sales m anagers and their teams .
Note: In addition to Regional Sales Managers, we are currently in search of an Experienced Senior National Sales Manager in the Merchant Service Arena to develop new regional sales teams and work with existing teams while helping to build ISO/Agent partnerships within the U.S. and Canada.
Reporting directly to USBC’s Senior VP of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager position responsibilities include :
- Hiring, mentoring and training respective sales team (inside and outside)
- Development and implementation of strategic sales programs to increase revenue
- Provide rate proposals and assist in closing
- Supplement programs to as sist sales teams to exceed goal
- Help grow customer base and increase our market share
