Regional Sales Managers run her/his business by identifying, sourcing, pitching, defining, negotiating, closing and managing digital advertising programs with ad agencies and directly with marketers. Account Executives make sure that opportunities are repeatable, scalable, and clients are successful. Additionally, as a sales executive representing VMM, you will work closely with management to define and shape our business.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Prospecting, proposing, and winning new business at agencies and marketers
Develop strong and mutually valuable relationships with advertisers. Prepare pitch materials and proposals as needed.
Work closely with management to identify new and necessary products
Manage pipeline with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure.
Aid in the day-to-day operational processes including campaign execution
Identify client “needs” in the marketplace and drive requirements back into the business for acquisition
Manage successful client deployments and ensure ongoing high client satisfaction, renewal, and deep penetration of customer organizations for incremental business

Skills & Attributes
Proven experience in consultative sales process ideally in digital media or data
Familiar with exchange marketplaces and data driven decisioning
Existing relationships and contacts with mid tier agencies and top marketers a plus
High degree of creativity, self-Managment, and drive.
Eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing, you getting excited by the chaos
Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Possess superb organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Passionate student of online media best practices and trends
You love to win!
2-3+ years experience in the Ad Tech space.
Demonstrated success in sales or account management
