The Regional Sales Manager will promote the sales of all Choice Administrator products as an outside sales representative. Products will include: CaliforniaChoice, CaliforniaChoice 51+, Kaiser Permanente Choice Solutions, HSA California and Choice Builder. Sales will be made to brokers in the assigned territory. This will be accomplished through presentations to brokers in territory as well as presentations to key industry brokers and small business owners. Position will also work with and develop relationships with general agent partners to increase distribution of products to Los Angeles market.
Candidates should have 2-3 years industry experience in group health insurance sales. Must be self-disciplined and work with minimum supervision. Must have good organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task. Able to work in a fast paced environment and be sucess driven. Requires professional demeanor. Able to conduct one on one, face to face sales presentations as well as make presentations in front of large groups. Must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and possess a valid California Driver's License. Must be able to lift 25lbs. Postiion will spend extensive amount of time traveling using automobile.
