Company is a hollow metal door manufacturer based in California that has been in operation since 1936. Full time assistant will support Sales Manager with bid preparations, follow-ups, reports, customer correspondences and manage office activities. Person must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have adept skills with Microsoft Office and database programs. Person must be able to work independently in satellite office. 3 - 5 years small office experience preferred. Compensation $30,000 - $35,000.
