Job Description
Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to manage our established central territory. With tremendous upside potential, this role is available for a self starter working with existing and new insurance agents.

The Ideal Regional Sale Representative will be responsible for:
•Expanding existing relationships with key brokers and consultants to increase sales performance
•Achieving annual sales increases and expand market share
•Recruiting new brokers to sell the company's products
•Conducting both scheduled and abbreviated phone appointments on a weekly basis
•Holding Webinars / Webex Demonstrations and training for agents
•Traveling within the central territory - Face-to-Face meetings with brokers and agents
•Attending Regional Sales Conferences and Broker Events
•Acting as the subject manager expert with a complete understanding of the products and services
•Cold Calling, Networking and Prospecting
•Creative communication to brokers in plan changes, pricing adjustments, online modifications, etc

Who we are looking for

The Ideal Regional Sales Representative will have:
•A Bachelor's degree is a must.
•At least 4 years of health insurance or expatriate insurance experience
•A proven, successful track record in sales
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent listening skills
•Must be articulate and willing to make cold calls
•A thorough knowledge of sales practices
•A self starter with experience working from home
•Ability to travel across the central territory

What's on offer
•A competitive base salary ranging from $55,000- $65,000 + uncapped commission.
