A manufacturer, wholesaler and premium quilt maker and maker of quality bags, scarves and jewelry in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking an experienced Sales Professional. We are looking for someone with energy and creativity, and a vision for the future. We need someone who will meet their sales goals and work with a team of Inside Sales Professionals in a wholesale sales environment.


-Manages the overall sales activities, analyzes market trends, accurately forecasts sales/revenue and oversees relationships in the respective territories and accounts
-Develop strong internal relationships
-Defines business objectives and promotes products (new and existing)
-Collaborates with sales and orders and ensures accuracy of internal order entry
-Produces and interprets monthly reports, excel spreadsheets, statistics, trends, etc.
-Participates in co-promotion opportunities with sales and marketing
-Ability to create sales/business development strategies, identifying prospects, develop relationships, negotiating sales, close deals, design promotional incentive programs to generate sales and motivate individuals
-Development and expansion of aggressive pricing negotiations, strategies and terms product awareness while incentivizing sales team
-Possesses a successful sales record, strong work ethic and proven ability to lead
-Able to balance a heavy workload and variety of tasks and able to work well with people
-Available to travel out of town for trade shows and customer field visits
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-The ability to negotiate effectively, design promotional incentive programs, educate sales staff and close sales


-3 to 5 years of sales/business development experience in corporate sales
-Computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), as well as, facilitation and training skills
-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and must demonstrate project management skills, with strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills, customer service, diplomacy, presentation, filing, organization, planning, professionalism, time management, and computer literacy
