Job Descriptions:
Responsible of the coordination of trainings on a regional basis (NAFTA or SAM)
Prepares the training content, using the available materials according to the target group and the level of the audience
Adopts the existing training materials from the countries and from HQ and expands them with examples and additional information from his/her knowledge and practical experience in order to provide complete and suitable trainings
Coordinates the purchasing of required training materials by sub-region (NAFTA or SAM)
Works with the respective PMs and CS personnel in HQ to develop new trainings and adapts them to the needs of our region (according to direct requests of sales managers and ED specialists in the region)
Coordinates the organization of all the required facilities and training equipment (rooms, media, test systems, handouts, etc.) with the respective PMs or trainers in the countries
Prepares and follows up the training schedule for the Festo company/sub-/region
Organises the translation of the training materials if necessary
Applies and reports the results of training tests that are applied to training participants
Provides trainings to the specialists from different target groups in the Festo Companies in local language
Develops his/her knowledge and participates in Train-the-Trainer events or outside trainings to complement his/her knowledge
Stays informed of what other competitors are doing regarding training and stays up to date in content and relevant information that may be required to be adapted to the trainings in our region
Required Experience:

Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrotec h nics, Mechatronics, System engineering or Industry automation (a Msc. degree in any of those disciplines would be an advantage)
Extracurricular specialty trainings in technical and commercial disciplines are an advantage
5-7 years experience with electric technology and electric drives
English Language required, Spanish and Portuguese also preferred.
Knowledge in Motion and Control systems.
Electronic controls, servo motors, steppers and programming a must
