The RVP will be capable of managing a duel distribution sales network. 1) Manage, mentor, coach, recruit and train a direct employee sales force to be capable of delivering annual revenue and profitability improvements; and 2) recruit and manage an independent agent distribution network.

-Manage sales team
-Administration of regional affairs
-Create new client relationships
-Development of client accounts

Heavy contact in person and on the telephone

-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Prior sales management experience required
-5-7 years automotive industry experience
-Possess a full lines insurance license preferred

-Strong focus on customer service, which includes excellent listening skills, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Possess an organized approach in problem solving ability
-Must have own vehicle with a good driving record
-Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car
-Ability to handle large quantities of supplies, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
