This individual will be responsible for providing nutrition services to a variety of specialty clinics as well as outpatients by referral from healthcare providers. Emphasis will be on the implementation of best practices consistent with the principles and values put forth by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Will be a team member with other healthcare professionals working to advance the health of each patient and the community through optimal lifestyle practices. Must be willing to work collaboratively with other clinical staff to meet patient and family need (i.e., a multidisciplinary approach to care).

Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field. Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Education Preferred: Master's Degree in Related Field.
Previous exposure to clinical and specialty care and the provision of nutrition services, i.e., bariatric surgery, oncology, cardiovascular disease. Computer proficiency (must be able to pass computer proficiency assessment). Position requires travel between multiple local clinic locations and employee must have reliable mode of transportation (YRMC will reimburse for travel in accordance with policy, but does not provide vehicle and/or transportation). Experience Preferred: 3+ years clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian. Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record or similar electronic record systems.
