Completion of course at an Accredited School of Pharmacy, with a degree of Pharm D
Registration in NJ as a Pharmacist
Residency field work in specialty area preferred
Must have minimum of two (2) years of Hospital Pharmacy experience
Familiarity with all phases of Hospital Pharmacy
Working knowledge of Health Care Matters
Understanding of role of Pharmacy Department within the Hospital, its inter-relationships with other departments and functions
Familiarity with Pharmacy Computer Applications desirable
Strong verbal and written skills required
