Job Purpose: Provide premier customer service by greeting all patients for appointments and assisting with necessary paperwork in accordance with practice guidelines.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
- Greet visitors, verify patient demographics and insurance information and make any necessary changes.
- Collect patient co-pays and outstanding balances.
- Assist patients to complete necessary forms in accordance with HIPAA and practice regulations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and practice regulations.
- Accurately enter information into electronic medical record and practice management computer system.
- Maintain the daily schedules of the clinic.
- Assist patients with questions and concerns.
- Maintain cash box.
- Maintain a clean and presentable lobby area.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED Required, Associate’s Degree preferred. 1-2 years of Registrar experience preferred.
