Provide Leadership for the following:|
- management of office operations including facilitating all curriculum changes across the college, coordinating the schedule of classes, student registration, academic records, room scheduling
- Serves as the official authorized keeper of the college’s student records and the student module of the ERP system as well as the document imaging system
- work with the faculty, department heads, deans, staff and administrators to meet the goals of the college in headcount/ FTE .
- coordinate audits with Ohio Board of Regents, Veterans Administration, State Approving Agency and supply data for other various audits the college is involved in.
Bachelor’s degree – in student services, educational administration or a related area. A Masters degree preferred.
Requires three (3)years of direct experience or Five (5) years in a related area.
Licensure or Certification Requirements:
Master’s degree preferred. Prefer five (5) years of direct experience in a community college.
