In your role as a Registrar, you will quickly become a key member of our team and provide outstanding support to the Director of Academic Programs. Additionally, your exceptional communication skills will develop and nurture both internal and external relationships that will enhance relations with students to build a strong network that will support the growth and demands of this dynamic University. You will be a key partner in providing accurate and efficient management of data in the primary functional areas of the office: registration, student academic records, and data distribution. Experience with FERPA, ACICS reports and IPEDS reports and your proven ability to manage records and proactive problem solving capabilities will enable you to make an impact across the University. Excellent technical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, are essential to this role along with the desire to learn and manage the University software as well as to perform hands-on work to meet objectives. Your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your entrepreneurial spirit will be crucial to the overall success and operational effectiveness of the Registrar’s role.
Knowledge of Spanish is desirable but not a requirement.
