Assist students with registering via on-line Student Information System; provide information on procedures, course cancellations and changes, and instructions for obtaining permission necessary to enroll; communicate school and University policies. Maintain the course catalog and schedule of classes. Answer telephone to handle students and administrator inquiries, screen calls and take messages.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a college or university registration office or related environment; familiarity with Student Information System (SIS).
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with basic word processing and database applications. Ability to work with numbers. Minimum keyboarding 35 wpm.
