We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Registration Coordinator in our Frederick, Maryland office! The Registration Coordinator serves as part of the project team which includes onsite services and housing services (if applicable.) The role serves as the primary liaison between the client and Experient’s internal departments in order to execute projects on time, within budget and at the highest quality.

Job Responsibilities include: Serve as primary point of contact for client for service needs, changes and requests within response time expectations to ensure client satisfaction. Successfully manage a portfolio mix with simple to moderate levels of complexity. Development, maintenance and execution of project timelines as authorized by client. Maintain weekly status reports with accurate and timely updates. Create, update and post to collaboration site accurate written show requirements and documentation to support best practices. Gather website design specifications from client and deliver to IT for build. Provide customer service with all necessary event details including data entry instructions and financial processing information. Schedule production jobs for ticket, credential production, collation and mailings. Update onsite services and engage at appropriate time to prepare final onsite portion of project. Participate in project team meetings and provide input to Project Management, Account Management, Housing Services and Onsite Services as applicable. Test websites for functionality. Proof text language on e-blasts, confirmations, tickets and other registrant communication. Other duties/projects as assigned

Minimum skills and Qualifications: College Degree or equivalent work experience. Must have proficiency in MS office products including Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Excellent client communication, customer service and presentation skills. Must be able to travel
