Provide billing support by entering billing data, responding to Customer Care inquiries and assisting with running mandatory billing cycles. Investigate and resolve discrepancies and provide Customer Care Representatives with assistance regarding billing questions. Pre-prod bill scripts for each bill cycle. Toll investigation and recycling.


High school diploma or the equivalent in training and experience. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form. Demonstrated 10-key and computer skills, including spreadsheet, word processing and database software skills. Detail orientation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet inflexible deadlines.

Additional requirements:
  • Limited experience (0-2 years) in office procedures, specifically accounts payable, accounts receivable or billing administration. One year of telephony experience is preferred.
