The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services' Reimbursement Office is seeking a highly skilled professional to allocate Central Office Cost appropriately to areas where services are provided as well as assist the DBHDS Reimbursement Division with report generation and analysis. This position will gather and analyze all statistical and financial information for all DBHDS Central Office Departments to determine the appropriate allocation to areas that DBHDS Central Office supports. Coordinate applicable billings to DMAS for appropriate personnel costs associated with MR Waiver. Provide analysis and testing of activities performed within the Cost Accounting and Reimbursement Divisions in order to verify risk assessments meet or exceed Department of Accounts (DOA) ARMICS requirements. Organize, review and analyze data required for submission each quarter to Department of Accounts (DOA).

Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Knowledge of and experience in auditing processes and functions. Extensive analytical skills and working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare reports for senior management.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred. Knowledge and experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid cost reporting regulations desirable.
