  • Responsible for technical leadership to a team of release, install and configuration engineers.
  • Maintain service pack build and task stream management for all CE streams as well as interfacing with next new product deliverables
  • Coordinate communication between the NPD and CE teams on new configuration and delivery options
  • Develop and debug customer issues found in the installation of configuration code of the Kronos system
  • Mentor other team members to develop Release Engineering and Installation skills among the team members
  • Work to understand and improve the cloud based delivery of service pack and patch content to the Kronos Cloud customer base

  • Qualifications:
  • 8 - 12 years of release management, installation work in a client / server architecture
  • Working knowledge of AccuRev or other source control systems including stream creation and snapshot capabilities
  • Understanding of Jenkins for managing and publishing nightly builds
  • Java programming experience, including signing of JAR files and the manifest attributes settings needed to maintain secure deliverables
  • Experienece with Oracle and SQL scripting and understaning the deployment of scripts
  • InstallShield programming experience in a multi-platform environment
  • Abiltiy to communicate both verbally and written to a variety of audiences
  • Working with remote and local engineers and willingness to work off hours at times to deliver on customer committments including weekends and holidays at times
  • BS or equivalent in Computer Science
  • Experiecnced user of JIRa preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile practices
