We have begun Phase 2 of our new, state-of-the-art cheese and whey production facility in Greeley, Colorado and are recruiting for Reliability Engineer to join our team. The Reliability Engineer provides guidance to ensure proper and optimal maintenance and operations of all equipment, assets, and property. Develop strategies to maximize equipment and process efficiencies, enhance manufacturing effectiveness, support new installation, and coordinate activities between suppliers and outside contractors.
Enhance manufacturing effectiveness. Effective asset utilization through proper care, operation, maintenance and new project delivery. Support new installations Coordinate activities between corporate suppliers and outside contractors. Training and developing maintenance best practices and technical skills. Promote continuous improvement ideas and culture Troubleshooting to root cause.
Minimum Qualifications:Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial or manufacturing) or equivalent experience. 0 -2 years experience in similar role or in a manufacturing maintenance role. Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to balance multiple priorities. Excellent time management skills. Knowledge and experience with HACCP, GMP, CIP/COP, PPE. Proven ability to work closely with others to achieve a common goal. Good mechanical skills. Leadership and people management skills.
