This position is dedicated to managing the Reliability Engineering Environmental Lab equipment and associate staff. This includes developing Reliability Stress Hardware capability, managing reliability test operators and technicians, forecasting reliability qualification hardware and manpower requirements, and maintaining reliability environmental lab equipment.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include developing Reliability Stress Hardware capability, managing reliability test operators and technicians, forecasting reliability qualification hardware and manpower requirements, and maintaining reliability environmental lab equipment. Manage new product qualification projects to meet product release deadlines. Responsibility will include qualification of new image sensor products, LCOS Products, new packages, and new wafer fabrication processes.
Requirements:

  • Candidate should have strong theoretical training in electronic circuits and computer hardware
  • Candidate should have a good practical experience in use of lab test equipment such as DVMs, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
  • Strong background in developing and maintaining environmental stress systems is required
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications and language skills
  • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
