The Relief Shift Manager is responsible for the daily operation and administration of all Class III table games on assigned shift
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Provides excellent Guest Service
Monitors staff performance, ensuring adherence to all Casino policies and procedures.
Trains and evaluates new dealers.
Maintains constant awareness of all pit activity.
Responsible for protection of the bankroll, the playing public and the Casino's integrity.
Maintains and/or enforces the Casino's rules of play.
Initiates gaming table fill/credit procedures.
Places into service/removes from service, gaming table cards.
Monitors compliance and prepares documents relating to federal currency transaction regulations.
Rates gaming table customer play.
Verifies gaming chip purchases with cash at the gaming tables.
Settles customer disputes.
May assume duties as Floor Supervisor when assigned for an entire workday.
Evaluates the performance of Floor Supervisors and Dealers
